About Us
After 21 years of military service and another 7+ years of travel contracting, in 2013 Rulon Hunsaker joined the Neshannock Woods & Co team, working with owner Chris Tyner, a 30+ year woodcraft veteran and area historian. Before long, Rulon became shop manager and began working directly with customers, not only repairing antiques to their original glory, but creating custom builds per specification and designing his own.
In 2015, Eric joined the business and with his natural artistic instincts, he quickly picked up the process and ability of color matching and toning to the point clients could not tell where the repair was done or new piece was connected.
For the past few years, Loraine has run the Neshannock Woods website, social media, and online communications. An author by trade, she also has plenty of art, design, and marketing experience.

When they learned Neshannock Woods was closing at the end of 2017, Rulon and Eric were asked by several customers if they would consider continuing their work. We are happy to pick up where Chris left off in offering high quality furniture building and restoration services, using time-tested techniques and skills.
